The 35,000 square foot “main clubhouse” features facilities for the golf club including pro shop, locker rooms with saunas, administrative offices, a “19th hole”, as well as formal dining areas and a clubroom overlooking the championship golf course.  The three story split level structure has been designed to blend in with the surrounding residential environment.  This is accomplished through the use of balconies, terraces, surface undulations and a myriad of roofs, all of which act together to break up the building’s mass and proportion.  Special wood trim, double columns and window treatments further complement the “residential” concept.  The main clubhouse and bag drop off area features a porte cochere and large covered canopy while the delivery areas have been set apart by landscaping and other natural buffers.
