The Brighton Condominium is located on State Road AIA with ocean frontage, north of Palmetto Park Road. The eight story, 38 unit building has been an elegant residential location since its construction in the late 70’s. The entry, common areas, recreation spaces needed to be evaluated based on current real estate conditions. Hirsch Architects scope of work focused on enhancing the entry statement, designing a new look for as guest enter the lobby and bring the experience of the building’s front elevation to a 21^st century appearance. Hirsch Architects is responsible for architectural design and coordination of interior design and other specialty consultants.
