Coral Gables Federal, a south Florida lending institution, directed Hirsch Architects to design a 2500 SF free standing prototype banking branch as part of a neighborhood shopping center. The design required drive up teller lanes that blended into the architecture. The residential design incorporated a loft administrative area and distinctive blue glazed tile roof.
