The residential community of Frenchman’s Creek is located in Palm Beach Gardens. The golf course community was design to take advantage of the close proximity to the ocean. The developer chose a small parcel of land in the town of Juno Beach that would provide residents with the opportunity to take advantage of dining, sunning and surfing at the beach. Hirsch Architects scope of work included designing the restaurant and recreation facility as well as coordination of the consulting team through the construction phase.   The property did not provide adequate parking for all of the residents to drive from their home. A unique shuttle service was incorporated into the design program to make the project feasible. In addition to the 140 seat casual dining area overlooking the ocean, there was an outdoor dining area, swimming pool, cabana and auxiliary facilities. The Homeowners Association also retained Hirsch Architects to upgrade the kitchen and dining areas to accommodate a change in the menu needs of the residents.
