Project: History & Heraldry Corporate Headquarters Location: Coral Springs, Florida Size: 24,000 SF The award-winning gift company, History & Heraldry, based in Rotherham, England, has completed a corporate presence in a new South Florida facility.  The new 24,000 SF distribution center and base of operations is part of a major vision of growth for the company.  HAI provided a comprehensive approach to architecture and project management which included property acquisition, site analysis and building program requirements. The design process required a rapid series of decisions to maintain an aggressive timeline.
