Junior Achievement – Huizenga Center for Free Enterprise Education

The Huizenga Center is designed as the largest educational facility of its kind in the US. Junior Achievement of South Florida has partnered with the Broward County School Board to provide specialized experiential entrepreneurial training for all 5th and 8th graders. The 59,000 SF facility on the BCC north campus includes space for two 10,000 SF identical areas for the “Biztown” programs and one 20,000 SF space for the 8th grade Finance Park program and is expected to serve more than 50,000 students per year.  Hirsch Architects provided traditional architectural services and is responsible for coordinating the consulting team through the construction phase.
