Project:
Lauderhill Golf Clubhouse
Location:
Lauderhill, Florida
Size: 7,000 SF
The city of
Lauderhill
has maintained a public golf course and modest club
house facility. With improvement to the golf course, the
aging structure had served its purpose and was to be
replaced with a new 7,000 facility to serve the
community. The program required meeting rooms for city
functions, golf cart storage, food service, golfer snack
area and auxiliary functions. The design style was to be
consistent with the new
Lauderhill
community architecture. Hirsch Architects was the
architectural consultant responsible for coordination of
design, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil
engineering in the Design-Build delivery system.
