Clubhouse for The Polo Club

The two-story, 80,000 square foot clubhouse encompasses a multitude of amenities and activities under its unique facetted roof. The plan includes a main dining room that seats 600 which can be partitioned off for smaller groups, a 200 seat grille, a 150 seat screened area, a cocktail lounge with dance floor and a "board room" which accommodates 50 people. Administrative offices, tennis and golf pro ships are also located in the spacious clubhouse area.

Catering to the fitness trend, a health club and spa have been incorporated into the master plan, with saunas, steam rooms, a unisex hair salon, loofa massage, herbal wrap and facials available to members. Aerobic rooms, exercise and fitness equipment and four racquetball courts round out the clubhouse amenities.

Overlooking the golf course and large lake on the number one fairway will be a viewing balcony off the lobby area. Excellent views of the swimming pool and golf greens are provided from every major dining room and lounging area. Other amenities are 2 -18 hole championship golf courses, 28 Har-tru tennis courts, a swimming pool of junior Olympic proportions and an outdoor whirlpool.
