In 1987 St.
Andrew’s School, a grade 6 through 12, college preparatory school
with international students, retained Hirsch Architects, Inc. to
evaluate several strategic aspects of the campus masterplan,
including a major expansion of the library, administrative offices,
classroom, computer science facilities, and the new entrance on Jog
Road. After preparing
preliminary designs, Hirsch Architects, Inc. proceeded with the
classroom and administrative complex.
This two story facility incorporated the school’s
administrative headquarters and expanded the classroom count by
twenty one rooms, including a computer laboratory. The architecture
was carefully handled to maintain the traditional St. Andrew’s architectural heritage.
