The Seasons, a private residential community in Boca Raton has a modest recreation and activity facility located adjacent to the park and swimming pool area. The residents required updated interiors and a need for a larger health and fitness area.

Working with the management company of the Homeowners association, Hirsch Architects scope of work required the expansion to be compatible with the existing architectural design and fit in the space allocated around the park and pool area. The planning also provided for a property maintenance facility for the on site staff. Hirsch Architects provided standard architectural services and was responsible for coordinating the consulting team.
