This homeowner was spending more time in Florida and required an update on their 20 year old design. The couple spend considerable time in their home office and wanted a “his” and ‘her” separate office suites. The master bath and closet also needed to be larger. The result was a design that met their needs and took advantage of the front building setback. The 1500 SF two story addition created the look of a new home and responded to the owner’s interest in fine art.
