The complex is a two-story, 304 unit rental garden apartment community. The Masonry construction has exterior treatments which feature Spanish styled tile roofs and stucco walls. The units were arranged to yield maximum view to the surrounding golf course. On site amenities include a clubhouse complete with entertaining and exercise facilities, a pool, Jacuzzi and whirlpool.
