Embodying the most desired aspects of exclusive country club living, Fairway Terrace is aimed toward seasonal residents who require an exceptional community, maintained year round.

In conceptualizing Fairway Terrace at St. Andrews, the design groundwork was immediately laid for carefree, low-maintenance residences that would compliment the prestigious country club.

Three models, in one and two story elevations, although available in a choice of exterior styles, are all characterized by soft pastel and off white outside hues. A curvilinear motif, highlighted by colored window awnings accentuates the striking homes.

Sculpted gable roofs were incorporated in the designs to counterpoint exterior curved accents. The elegance of interior space is expressed through vaulted ceilings complementing spacious flow-through living areas.

Skylights, great rooms or separate family rooms, custom designed covered patios with barbecue/entertainment centers, built-in bars, swimming pools (a standard feature), spacious bathrooms with adjoining dressing areas, ample minored closets, his and her bathrooms and separate master and guest suites embody the breadth and scope of plan and detail amenities.
