Lake Estates at Rolling Hills is a gated residential community in Davie Florida carved out of the historic Rolling Hills Country Club golf course property. The 156 residential homes were each customized by Hirsch Architects, Inc (HAI) as part of the architectural design responsibilities. The five HAI models offered homeowners a range of one and two story home plans from 2900 to 3800 SF. HAI developed an efficient computer technology to efficiently allow each homeowner the opportunity to customize the basic model. The successful project was a joint venture with a Japanese investment company and a south Florida developer.
