The one and two-story luxury apartments of Town Colony are nestled around greenbelt areas, gardens, intimate courtyards, walkways and a central recreation complex. The recreation core encompasses an outdoor swimming pool, bathhouse, sunken whirlpool spa and tropical bar/entertainment area evidencing the same design themes and relaxed ambiance as the residences. The apartments' architectural lines and detailing compliment Boca's quality image. The Spanish Mediterranean influenced architecture reminiscent of early South Florida designs by Addison Mizner, features dove gray buildings exteriors capped by Spanish tile roofs. The apartment interiors emphasize maximum use of space.
