The Florida Atlantic University Library System required a strategic plan be in place for ongoing accreditation. The department chose to utilize a Visioning workshop as a means of identifying the wide range of comments by the library stakeholders. In addition to the library staff, students, faculty, the public, and other professionals gathered to create a consensus vision, establish measurable goals, and an action plan. A wealth of information was generated on this Friday event.
